A MONDAY FULL OF SURPRISES…

After hours of Prison Break marathon, I finally slept at 4am. The next morning, on a bright Monday morning, I woke up around 7am, prayed, showered (can’t remember in which order), shrugged into my favourite Levi’s square cut and chose a simple, long pink top. I put on basic makeup to cover the proof of the only 3 hours sleep I had. I ran downstairs, started the car and off we (me and Mama) went.

After sending Mama to Kota Darulnaim, I texted Megat to ask for his location. I was so sure i know the place but alas, when I got to town, I realized that I actually know Shah Alam much better than Kota Bharu these days.. Oh God.. Tensinya teraser.. dahla Megat and Mom dah lamer sampai, aku tersesat pulak sebab banyak jalan dah jadi one-way. Siot jer aku kutuk2 Ipoh and Section 13, tengok2 KB pun dah penuh dengan one-way roads.

I finally found them and took them for breakfast at the White House. White House is a very very old kopitiam in Kota Bharu. It is very popular among the older citizens or I’d rather say the “real citizens of KB”. Old School habeslaa ni…

Then we went straight to Pasir Putih to settle Megat’s problem. On the way to Pasir Putih we passed Jalan Telipot so i showed him the jalan to my beloved school and we also passed Tok Ku’s house. Hahaha.. bagi childhood history lesson pulak kat Megat. Cacat. At first it amused me that Megat brought his mother to help him out of the shit he’s gotten himself into. But after observing the events unfolded, I applaud him for making a very wise decision. Bringing his own mother to negotiate actually gave very good results. Complications avoided and we fled the place as soon as we settled the problemo.

We rushed back to KB and God… the traffic was quite bad and I was very unlucky all the traffic lights I had to go through were red. I got to Mama’s office VERY late to pass the car to her. I jumped into Megat’s car and we went to the nearest Petronas to check his car. Kak We Chik suggested I bring them to The Ships (hahaha.. jangan ingat KL jer ader The Ship) for lunch but it was hard to find a parking space we decided to have lunch at a stall outside KGCC.

Megat and his mom sent me back to my house (by now he’s already seen 70% of my relatives’ houses in Kelantan) and they took off for KL. I prayed that their journey’s safe and they won’t get into any problem on their way back to KL. I hurried upstairs and I found Ije folding clothes at the family hall. I switched on the TV for my dose of Spanish soap of the day.

I was still watching the soap on TV3 when I got a frantic call from Mek Na asking me to watch RTM2.. my.. my… I thought the surprise of the day has been over, but I was wrong… There she was, my classmate, my childhood fren, having a makeover on National TV!!!! Ngahahahaha…. Kekantoian tahap tidak dapat diselamatkan!!! You really made my day girl.. knee-length skirt dengan sleeveless siol… saya sungguh bertuah kerana mengenali anda (this is inside joke, so don’t bother trying to figure out what it means). Sepandai-pandai anda melompat… ngahahahahaah….

Oh I miss my Knight. He’s all over Malaysia he couldn’t layan my rantings. Damn.
